As a Kid I grew up playing football (soccer) PBM games, some were good some were bad. As I grew older I began playing more in-depth games, like war games. None of them have ever offered the type of war game I wanted to play though.
Recognising my talent as a programmer I have began designing my own war game. With a high interest in World War 2, I have often wondered what a world war would be like today, with modern weapons. Obviously I doubt a large war like World War 2 will ever happen again. It could only be re-created in a game.
NationsPBM is that game. A modern day war game set in the year 2010. Take control of real world nations, real world cities and real military units, and steer your nation to victory.
This will be a unique PBM game in the fact that you will be able to help produce the game. Production on the program code has not yet been started and the game is still in a design stage.
The Nations PBM team are looking for PBM players from around the globe to help design a game that is fun, easy and exciting to play.
